- Information you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number, industry, part numbers, quantities, BOM and inventory files, and anything else you include in a form or message.
- Search information: part numbers you enter in our part search. These are sent to our parts-data provider to return availability results; they are not linked to your name.
- Technical information: standard information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests, prepare quotes, source parts and fulfil orders.
- To send you updates about your requests, orders and deliveries by email, phone or, if you opt in, text message.
- To evaluate inventory you offer to sell and to manage supplier relationships.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that host our website, process form submissions, deliver email and text messages, and provide parts data, under obligations to protect it.
- Suppliers and logistics partners, limited to the part and delivery details needed to source and ship your order. We do not give them your contact details for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or others.
- Business transfers, if Supply Signal is involved in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and quality-record requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
